SkyCell raises $57 million in fresh capital

SkyCell has raised $57 million in a funding round, corresponding to a company valuation of $600 million. It will use the fresh capital to make additional smart cold containers for transporting medicines and expand further.

Bootstrap Europe acquires SVB’s German loan portfolio

Growth debt fund Bootstrap Europe, which is based in Technopark Zurich, has acquired the German portfolio of risk and growth loans previously held by the collapsed Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). The portfolio is valued at $169 million.
